For Herpes

Imphepo (African Helichrysum species) and A arborescens formula

Imphepo, a species of the African helichrysum, used to assist patients with:

X-Herpes is a phenomenal product backed by ethno-botanical and in-vitro research. In-vitro studies at scientific institutions show African helichrysums extraordinary anti-viral activity. Its activity against the herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) as well other virus has astonished the scientific community.

Medical doctors dispensing X-Herpes have reported:

1. An immediate cessation of its symptoms.

2. Within 3 to 6 months of treatment, an undetectable viral load.

3. No recurrence to the virus even after 2 years of patient observation.

X-Herpes has also shown exceptional results for herpes Zoster:

1. Total pain cessation within 3 days.

2. No recurrence of its symptoms within the period of 3 years of observation.

3. Children born from mothers treated with X-Herpes show no symptoms of the disease even after 2 years of observation.

Antiviral activity of galangin isolated from the aerial parts of Helichrysum aureonitens.

Department of Botany, University of Pretoria, South Africa.

The in vitro antiviral activity of galangin (3,5,7-trihydroxyflavone), the major anti-microbial compound isolated from the shoots of Helichrysum aureonitens, was investigated against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1), coxsackie B virus type 1 (Cox B1), adenovirus type 31 (Ad31) and reovirus. At concentrations ranging from 12-47 micrograms/ml galangin showed significant antiviral activity against HSV-1 and CoxB1, limited activity against reovirus, and no antiviral activity against Ad31.

Inhibition of herpes simplex virus type 1 by aqueous extracts from shoots of Helichrysum aureonitens (Asteraceae).

Department of Botany, University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Helichrysum aureonitens, a southern African medicinal plant reported to have antibacterial properties, was evaluated for antiviral activity against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) in vitro. The crude aqueous extract from shoots of H. aureonitens at a concentration of 1.35 mg/ml (w/v) showed significant antiviral activity on HSV-1 in human lung fibroblasts as demonstrated by the absence of a cytopathic effect.

Added benefits:

A arborescens has shown significant anti-viral activity in in-vitro and in-vivo studies and significantly its ability to interfere with certain viruses ability to reproduce, hence its inclusion in the formula.
